Anna M. Windevall

Anna holds the position of Director of PLM & Data Management at Mölnlycke, where she has been leading the team’s efforts since 2022. Anna’s experience spans across diverse industries, including the automotive and medical device sectors. Her expertise lies in Manufacturing, New Product Introduction (NPI), and Research & Development (R&D). One of her contributions to Mölnlycke was being part of the team that launched 3dx as Business Owner and responsible for Change Management. Anna is a driving force in the development of best practices and efficient work methods, with an eye towards the future to ensure that Mölnlycke is well-prepared for upcoming challenges and demands. Her commitment to innovation and continuous improvement is reflected in her personal life, where she finds joy and relaxation in running through the forest and working in the garden. Despite this, Anna dedicates more time to being a supportive coach and cheerleader for her three sons’ activities in floorball, football, gymnastics, paddle tennis, and swimming, which demonstrates her dedication to her family and her strive to balance professional ambitions with personal interests.
