Hans Sjöbom

A positive, efficient, and proactive leader with a strong “Can Do” attitude, and extensive experience in LEAN methodologies. His leadership is known for developing clear visions and measurable goals, engaging and involving team members. With a background in managing global teams and projects, Hans excels at negotiating with diverse cultures. He is skilled in team management, goal setting, performance tracking, and budget oversight. Hans’ exceptional ability to build strong relationships with employees, stakeholders, vendors, and customers complements his dedication to completing assignments and overcoming challenges, believing most problems can be resolved.

In this current role at Cytiva, Hans is responsible for maintaining and developing the company’s ENOVIA based PLM system. In his +25 years in the company, Hans held various positions, including Chemistry R&D Manager, LEAN and Implementation Leader for Electronic Lab Journal (ELN).  Hans holds a BSc in Organic Chemistry and prior to joining Cytiva he held positions as a chemist and a scientist at Astra Zeneca.
