Currently, Rajkaran is the Director of Industry & Business Consulting for EuroNorth at Dassault Systèmes, where, Rajkaran supports strategic clients across the UK&I, BeNeLux, and Nordics, covering over ten countries and 11 key industries, including Aerospace & Defence, Transport & Mobility, and High-Tech. He also represents the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform, encompassing all 12 brands in the Dassault Systèmes portfolio.

Prior to Dassault Systèmes, Rajkaran spent over six years at Siemens covering Aerospace & Defence and held a key role at Rolls-Royce as the Regional Customer Quality & Process Excellence Manager for Europe, Russia, and Africa. Rajkaran’s career showcases a strong blend of technical expertise and strategic leadership.
