Staffan has a rich background in operations management and development, spanning a diverse range of industries and geographical regions. In his current role as Vice President of Operational Excellence at Mölnlycke Health Care, Staffan is managing several critical areas. He is responsible for overseeing process development, end-to-end planning systems, product lifecycle management (PLM) and data management strategies as well as digital manufacturing transformation and operations analytics. Under his leadership lies also manufacturing excellence in the Mölnlycke factories and the corporate Project Management Office (PMO) thrives. All of this is reflecting his commitment to building robust capabilities, leading transformative change, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Staffan’s career is marked by a dedication to excellence, innovation, and strategic growth within the operational sphere. Outside of work, Staffan can be found operating large forest machines in Östergötland. He has a passion for the outdoors going out running or hunting. When he has time to relax, he will be in his swimming pool waiting for the perfect pizza dough to rise. As life’s seasons change with his daughters growing up, Staffan has adapted by instead following the dog to daycare while he manages his responsibilities
