Vincent Merlino

Passionate about new technologies and innovation, Vincent began his career in 2004 as a Mechatronics Designer in the automotive and defense industries. In 2008, he joined Dassault Systèmes, where he has held various roles, from customer support to leadership positions in several industries, including industrial equipment and the high-tech sector.

In 2020, Vincent led a key initiative for Dassault Systèmes, focusing on Business Model and Portfolio Transformation, known as Business Experiences. In 2021, he became a member of the Dassault Systèmes Corporate Strategic Committee.

Since 2024, Vincent has been leading Strategy and Transformation for ENOVIA, one of the largest and most central brands of Dassault Systèmes.
