What would be a one thing from today that you’d really can’t let go of? Olivier, if you start, one thing you can’t let go of!
Olivier:
There are so many things, but, when I was thinking about it, our friends from TECHNIA might be taken by surprise, but that will be TECHNIA; Is the thing that I don’t want to let go, now that I see my friend Jonas Gejer here and many of our TECHNIA friends, I’m not saying that to be nice.
To be honest, there aren’t that many companies who take the risk of investing in breakthrough technologies the way they did, at the time they did. And, when you look at the trajectory of TECHNIA and what it became, they have constantly balanced the WHY to do the transformation and HOW to do it.
In many cases, plugging the holes that we left and yes, seriously! And, taking the hand of customers with this degree of proximity on why to do the transformation and how to do it. And as we heard from our friend from Mölnlycke few seconds ago, the WHY and the HOW is more important than the, than the WHAT, what can be fixed always, reminding the why we do that and how to do it methodically is, is an art. So thank TECHNIA… BRAVO!
